I was truly lucky to meet John and come into their shop today. I was worried about my car and a trip that I’m taking Monday, I called their shop this morning at 8, they got me in there by 9 and had my car diagnostics done by 10ish. Hello y’all, I want to tell you how Pete and Daniel saved my day today! I parked near a local bike trail to take a bike ride in this area for the first time. Well, somehow I accidentally locked my keys in my van. This nice lady walking her dog saw that I was freaking out so she stopped to see if she could help me. She then pointed across the street and told me that the guys at AutoWorx are great guys who could probably help me out. She told me that she takes her car there for repairs and they do a great job. So I went over and Daniel greeted me with a smile and a “Good morning”, once he got off of the phone with a customer. After I told him what happened he went to go get Pete. A few minutes later, Pete came out of the back room with a bag of tools and a smile on his face saying, “Let me see if we can get your car unlocked”. He spent almost 30 minutes working to get my car unlocked while I silently felt like I was on the verge of a panic attack but trying to hide it. When he got my keys out of the car with his magical super powers, I was so happy that I jumped up and down and asked him if I could give him a hug and I did! The hug was more for me because I really needed one. I felt like I was hugging my big brother. I tried to pay him some money but he refused saying “Ya know, sometimes these things just happen”, in the most humble tone that I have ever heard. Pete and Daniel are living proof that “Most people are Good” just like the song goes. The next time I need a car repair, this is where I will come because these guys have a big heart and cared for me who was a random stranger who needed their help. Thank you Pete and Daniel. Your smiles, kindness and generosity really touched my heart today. 🙂❤️P.S. I had a great bike ride after all of that!
